These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the International Virtual Air Showcase ("IVAS", "we", "us", "our") website and your participation in our virtual event. By accessing this website, registering your interest, or taking part in the event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or take part.

About the Event

IVAS is a free, community run, virtual airshow hosted on Roblox. It is a fan and hobbyist event. IVAS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal Air Force, the Royal International Air Tattoo, RAF Fairford, the Ministry of Defence, Roblox Corporation, or any real world armed force, government body, or aviation organisation. Any references to real locations, aircraft, or squadrons are used for the purpose of recreating an airshow experience within a game and do not imply any official connection.

Intellectual Property

The IVAS name, logo, branding, website design, written content, graphics, and layout are the property of the IVAS organising team or are used with permission. You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, clone, or reproduce this website or substantial parts of it
• Use the IVAS name, logo, or branding to pass off your own project as ours, or to imply we endorse you
• Re-host, redistribute, or sell our content as if it were your own
• Create a confusingly similar event, page, or server designed to mislead people into thinking it is the official IVAS
• Strip, alter, or hide any ownership or copyright notices in our materials

Trademarks, aircraft names, and other intellectual property belonging to real world third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

When using this website, taking part in the event, or interacting with our community, you agree that you will not:

• Break any applicable law, or break the rules of Roblox or any platform we use
• Harass, bully, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other participants, staff, or pilots
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, or accounts
• Upload or spread viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt the event or website
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information through our forms
• Disrupt displays, spam, or otherwise ruin the experience for other attendees
• Use the website or event for unauthorised commercial purposes or advertising

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event or community who breaks these rules, without notice.

User Submissions

If you submit content to us, such as a display team application, an aircraft request, or a message, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not break these Terms. You grant us permission to use that content for the purpose of organising and running the event. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

Third Party Links

Our website contains links to external sites, such as Discord, TikTok, and Roblox. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites. When you follow an external link, you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of that third party.

Availability and Changes

IVAS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The event is run by volunteers in their own time. We do not guarantee that the website or event will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free, and we may change, postpone, or cancel any part of the event or its features at any time without liability to you.

Limitation of Liability
